SUMMARY - WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR
Seeking a Principal-Level UiPath Solution Architect with deep healthcare provider experience who can lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong UiPath architecture expertise, hands-on Epic EHR integration exposure, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), and the ability to design secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant automation solutions. This person will serve as the technical authority for the Automation CoE, guiding architecture decisions, governance, integrations, and AI-driven automation strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments.
  • Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE.
  • Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives.
  • Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection.
  • Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy.
  • Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges.
