Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team on 2nd shift!


Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Previous CNC operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with specific machines/software if applicable
  • Knowledge of G-code is a plus
