About This Role
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is hiring highly-experienced EL01 Lead/Foreman Electricians who are ready to take the next step in their career. If you're looking for long-term stability, strong leadership support, and a company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and growth, you'll fit right in.
We're a fun, loyal, and professional team working on a wide variety of projects, giving you the opportunity to diversify your experience while leading crews and delivering quality work. Our projects range from tenant improvements and new construction to service upgrades and service work, across both private and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
  • Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
  • Work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with crews, project management, and clients
  • Support high-quality installations across multiple project types
  • Submit reports and other project documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Competencies & Qualifications
  • EL01 Electrical License
  • 10+ years of journey-level electrical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman position
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, and Procore

Compensation
  • $62.00 - $72.00 per hour, based on experience
