About This Role

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is hiring highly-experienced EL01 Lead/Foreman Electricians who are ready to take the next step in their career. If youre looking for long-term stability, strong leadership support, and a company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and growth, youll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
  • Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
  • Work independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with crews, project management, and clients
  • Support high-quality installations across multiple project types
  • Submit reports and other project documentation in an accurate and timely manner


Competencies & Qualifications

  • EL01 Electrical License
  • 10+ years of journey-level electrical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman position
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, and Procore


Compensation

  • $62.00 - $72.00 per hour, based on experience
