Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Electrician to join our HVAC Install Department. This role involves supporting pre-sold, prescheduled work to prepare homes for new or add-on heating and air conditioning units. The ideal candidate must be a licensed EL02 or EL01 electrician in the state of Washington, with experience in running circuits and changing out panels.

Key Responsibilities:


Installation and Preparation:

  • Perform electrical work to prepare homes for new or add-on HVAC systems, including running circuits and changing out panels.
  • Ensure all installations are clean, expert, and meet safety and code requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work independently or with an electrical apprentice to complete assigned tasks.
  • Provide support to the HVAC Install Department to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions professionally.
  • Problem-solve on the job to ensure customers can receive their new heating or air conditioning units without issues.

Job Site Management:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and company van.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Attendance and Accountability:

  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Show high accountability for the completion and quality of assigned jobs.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed and certified as an EL02 or EL01 electrician in the state of Washington.
  • Prior experience in running circuits and changing out panels is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with an apprentice.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle.
  • High level of accountability and reliability.
