As a Journey Level Electrician (01), you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.
At Barron, our Journey Level Electrician (01) will:
  • Maintain Barron installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship
  • Meet/exceed proficiency standards of all aspects of electrical circuit/system installation and commissioning
  • Understand proper circuit/wire sizing and routing
  • Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to installation challenges
  • Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation familiarization of equipment, as applicable
  • Willing and able to climb on roof top structures or into attic/crawl spaces
  • Consistently maintain a 'customer-first' perspective
  • Establish a good working relationship with all team members
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-75 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight or overhead spaces
  • Maintain a Barron branded appearance at all times per company policy
  • Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Compensation:
  • Full-Time
  • $42.50 - $55.00 per hour; DOE

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of Journey level experience required
  • Active WA EL01 License required
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
