Rooftop Cocktail Servers focus on individual drink service, strong menu knowledge, proper pacing, and upselling featured cocktails while maintaining attentive table service; additionally, in this position, you are also responsible for managing table minimum spends, executing premium bottle presentations, upselling additional bottles and delivering a high-level VIP experience. This role requires providing both cocktail and bottle service to all guests as part of the same position.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional manner support the team in peak hours.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures including setup of stations, cleaning and re-setting of tables.Ensure minimum spend goals are met before cut-off times.

  • Ensure guests' orders are correct and delivered from the Bar and kitchenin a timely manner.

  • Accurately prepare checks, accept payment, ensure payment authorizations are secured, all credit cards and personal items are given to the guest.

  • Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment and knowledge of and strictly abides by state liquor regulations; verifies legal drinking age of guests as needed.

  • Develop relationships with guests in order toprovide personalized service and repeat guests.

  • Communicate and work with the bussers, host, Lead bartender and managers to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain high-energy, confident, and attentive at all times.

  • Perform job-related activities asrequiredand understand table layouts/sections assignments/checklist given by a manager.

  • Provide strong knowledge of specialty cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings.

  • Perform exclusive cocktail & Bottle service to all guest.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 2 years of high-volume cocktail experience and nightlife VIP service experience.

  • Strong knowledge and interest in food &beveragewith a sincere interest in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong multitasking ability with confident upselling skills and strong sales-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage high-dollar transactions responsibly, knowledge of Micros POS systems, Credit card Authorizations, and collecting important transaction details from guest.

  • Able to work in a team environment and great communicationskills, positive attitude under pressure, professionaldemeanorand appearance.

  • Capable ofstanding for prolonged periods of time.

  • Ability to reach, climb up and down stairs, carry multiple objects, and Lift 50 pounds.

Compensation $11.35 + tips.
