Cassidy Coates Price is a Chambers-ranked litigation boutique with 23 years of established practice and a strong reputation in medical malpractice defense.

The firm maintains stable hospital system clients, offers a high-mentorship environment, and provides attorneys with early responsibility and direct partner access. Relocation assistance of approximately $5,000 is available for out-of-market candidates. About the Role This is a 2–6 year litigation associate role focused primarily on medical malpractice defense, with additional exposure to professional liability, employment, and commercial litigation.

The position is hands-on early — with expectations to take depositions, appear in court, and manage case components independently within the first couple of years. This is not a support role; the firm is looking for an attorney who can own case work with increasing autonomy under strong mentorship.
