What is a Co Op Part Time position?

A Co Op Part Time position is a type of job where students or recent graduates work part-time while attending school, often as part of an educational program that combines classroom learning with practical work experience. These roles are typically designed to help individuals gain hands-on experience in their field of study, develop professional skills, and build industry connections. Co Op Part Time jobs usually offer flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules and may last for a semester or longer, depending on the employer and educational institution. They are common in industries such as engineering, business, IT, and healthcare.
