Fondée en 1989, notre entreprise, est un leader au Québec dans le domaine de la fabrication de portes, fenêtres et murs rideaux en aluminium. Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recherchons un opérateur CNC capable d’assurer un usinage précis et de qualité sur nos profils d’aluminium.
Mission du poste :

Assurer le bon fonctionnement du centre d’usinage CNC Emmegi et produire des pièces conformes aux plans de production. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la précision, la qualité et la performance de notre chaîne de fabrication.

Responsabilités principales :
Opérations d'usinage CNC

  • Lire, interpréter et comprendre les dessins techniques et fichiers de production.
  • Inspecter la matière première et valider la conformité des profilés avant usinage.
  • Positionner correctement les profilés sur la table de chargement selon les instructions.
  • Charger le bon programme CNC, exécuter les séquences d’usinage et surveiller l’opération.
  • Ajuster les paramètres ou les outils au besoin pour maintenir la qualité et l’exactitude.
  • Réaliser des contrôles réguliers : dimensions, tolérances, qualité visuelle et quantité.
Entretien et outillage
  • Effectuer les changements d’outils et les ajustements nécessaires selon les opérations.
  • Manipuler et déplacer les pièces usinées de façon sécuritaire à l’aide des équipements prévus.
  • Identifier clairement les pièces produites pour assurer une traçabilité optimale.
Sécurité et conformité
  • Travailler en tout temps selon les normes de santé et sécurité.
  • Porter les équipements de protection individuelle requis.
  • Signaler toute anomalie ou situation à risque.

  • DEP/ASP en usinage CNC ou machiniste ou toute autre formation ou expérience pertinente. 
  • Expérience concrète avec machine CNC (Emmegi, un atout majeur).
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques.
  • Riguer, précision et souci de la qualité.
  • Bon sens de lorganisation et autonomie.
  • Atout : connaissance du domiane de l'aluminium.
