Location: Williamston, NC
Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Thursday (4-Day Work Week)
Overview
TriEst Ag Group is hiring a CNC Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team at Metcore in Williamston, NC.  This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operator experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and values safety and teamwork. You'll operate CNC laser cutting equipment, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help keep production running efficiently in a clean manufacturing environment.

  • Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.

  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating CNC laser equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
  • Manufacturing, machine operator, or metal fabrication experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • CNC programming experience is a plus.
  • Vocational or technical training is a plus.
