We are currently seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I / CNA II) to provide personal care services for clients throughout Raleigh and surrounding communities.



Job Responsibilities

CNAs will provide hands-on assistance and personal care services for clients in their homes while working under the supervision of the agency’s Supervisory Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Providing assistance with meals and nutrition
• Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
• Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition
• Following individualized care plans established by the agency
• Maintaining professional and respectful communication with clients and families
• Completing documentation according to agency policies



Minimum Requirements

• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry (CNA I or CNA II)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• TB test or screening required
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers when necessary
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills
• Ability to complete agency orientation and required training before starting work                        • CPR / First Aid certification required


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in home care or long-term care
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Strong time management and reliability
