CNA / CMT Caregiver
Abic Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) /Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide in-home care services to a client. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing the client's living space.
  • Provide medication reminders and medication assistance in accordance with certification and agency policies.
  • Prepare and serve meals while encouraging proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Observe and report changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the agency.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
  • Document care provided according to agency requirements.
Schedule
  • 3 days per week
  • 5-hour shifts
  • 15 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Active Maryland CNA certification required.
  • CMT certification preferred.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
