Job description

Markon is seeking a Global Production Controller to support an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing and tracking of facility maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service across the Facilities enterprise. This role supports global facilities operations by coordinating maintenance requests, managing project documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting and communication across multiple stakeholders and systems. Responsibilities * Receive customer maintenance requests through CMMS, email, telephone, or other methods and accurately enter requests into the CMMS
* Review maintenance requests to ensure all required information is complete and accurate
* Obtain missing information from requestors, facilitators, facility managers, or building managers as needed
* Coordinate with facility managers to receive and input projects into the CMMS
* Forward and assign maintenance requests to the appropriate personnel, agencies, contractors, or teams based on established processes
* Obtain government direction for requests without predetermined execution methods
* Track work executed by other contracts or agencies and provide weekly status updates until completion
* Generate weekly status reports including open requests, closed requests, and custom reporting metrics
* Assist facility managers, building managers, and other stakeholders with updating project and work request statuses
* Coordinate with facility branches globally to support reporting, dashboards, and tracking of service requests and projects
* Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded into tracking systems Qualifications Required * Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
* Associate's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or certification in Construction Management or similar discipline
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and similar software tools
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skillsDesired * Experience with Service Central, MAXIMO, Infralink, Archibus, or similar CMMS platforms Salary Range USD $110,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
