Job description

With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.
Essential Functions:
  • Oversight the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure its continued operation.
  • Provide support to the facilities, maintenance, and engineering departments.
  • Entering equipment and preventive and predictive maintenance data into the CMMS system.
  • Assisting in the process of entering work order information into the maintenance system, if necessary.
  • Assisting in the development, creation, and updating of preventive maintenance and calibration checklists.
  • Administratively assisting and providing training to maintenance departments and users
  • Developing maintenance reports and metrics according to the needs of system users.
  • Technically and administratively supporting the "spare parts" area.
  • Participating in the process of training other people.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
  • AD in Technical Field Computer Proficiency
  • Exposure in Regulatory Environment (GMP/EHS)
  • 3-5 years' experience in Maintenance Environment - CMMS
  • CMMS-Maximo
