Ready to lead a team that's changing lives? New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Walls, MS.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily clinic operations and ensure outstanding patient care
  • Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop clinical and administrative staff
  • Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage budgets, quality assurance, staffing, and accreditation readiness
  • Build strong community partnerships and promote a positive team culture

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field
  • Leadership or management experience required
  • Preferred: Mississippi LPC, CMHT, or PCAT

Job or State Requirements
Master's Degree required. MS LPC, CMHT, or PCAT preferred
