Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable mental health providers who are passionate about providing counseling to individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic counseling services to children ages 5-21 and families in their home/community
  • Complete treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with state and agency guidelines
  • Communicate with case manager in case management and coordination of services
  • Participate in ongoing assessment/evaluation meetings of the family’s treatment goals
  • Consistent communication and follow ups with agency core support team and leadership

Qualifications:

  • NJ License: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT
  • Satisfactory completion of a comprehensive various background checks and professional references
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid drivers license
  • Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
