Job Summary:
CMA is seeking a QA – Salesforce Experience Cloud Specialist to lead end-to-end testing efforts for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The role involves designing comprehensive test strategies, executing various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
• Leverage Salesforce Administrator skills to configure test environments and validate configurations.
• Hands on experience validating experience cloud in the following areas User management and security (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules), Page layout and Lightning page configuration, Custom objects, fields, and relationships, Validation rules, formulas, and roll-up summaries, Workflow rules, process builder, and flows.
• Test custom page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, and custom applications.
• Validate complex validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, and flows.
• Create and manage test data across multiple sandbox environments.
• Collaborate with Dev to validate migration accuracy and volume tests.
• Execute security testing including profile, permission set, and sharing rule validation
• Perform accessibility testing (WCAG compliance) for Experience Cloud sites.
• Document all migration artifacts and technical designs.
• Document defects with detailed reproduction steps and severity classification
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Conduct exploration testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Lead UAT sessions and coordinate with business stakeholders
• Provide testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of Salesforce QA/testing experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Multiple Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) and Service Cloud implementation testing projects
• Hands-on experience testing SSO implementations (SAML, OAuth)
• Strong experience with sandbox configuration, setup, and management
• Proven expertise testing custom layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches
• Knowledge of testing integrations and API endpoints
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, qTest, or similar)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies
• Experience testing Lightning Web Components and Aura Components
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Service Cloud Consultant
• JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue is a bonus)
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
