Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN at Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will provide high-quality patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
