Job description


Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.
Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others, work efficiently, and your empathy for our patients.

  • Checks schedules and organizes patient flow.
  • Accompanies patients to the exam room and updates electronic medical.
  • Prepares patients for exams/procedures.
  • Assists/performs medication administration, dressings and collecting of lab specimens as instructed.
  • Relays information regarding follow-up care and return visit to patients and families.
  • Schedules tests and procedures as directed.

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

  • MN Licensed Practical Nurse or CMA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
