Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Private Country Club looking for a Summer Assistant Swim Team Coach from Mid May through Mid July


Responsibilities Include:

·      Assist with Swim Coach with club’s swim team

·        Attend practice sessions for the swim team.

·        Assist in all aspects of swim meets including scheduling individual race participants, recording and posting start times and distributing race ribbons per Swim Coach

·        Maintains presence during swim team events

·        Assist in Maintaining swim team and event equipment

·        Assist in organizing swim meet volunteers per Swim Coach

·        Perform other tasks as required by Swimming Aquatics Director or Swim Coach

·        Attend All Sports Banquet

 

Experience and License Requirements

·        Needs experience as a competitive swimmer and diver on a High School or College Level

·        Experience as an Assistant Swim Team Coach preferred

·        American Red Cross Basic First Aid required, training on AED units and current Red Cross CPR card
