Job description

  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    • A member of the health care team who supports the Emergency Department team by performing clerical and other duties as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional/Educational
      • At least 18 years of age.
      • Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR.
      • At least one favorable work reference and one personal reference.
      • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
    • Personal
      • Evidence of good physical and emotional well being and professional conduct.
      • Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
      • Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
      • Ability to follow directions accurately.
      • Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
      • Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
