M-Club Lounge Attendant
As a M-Club Lounge Attendant, you'll serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations, arranging reservations, and assisting with special requests. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and local expertise. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the knowledgeable and friendly guide for our hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
  • Your daily tasks will include offering information on local attractions, making reservations, and assisting with travel arrangements.
  • You will report to the Concierge Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
