PM Host(ess) & Club Lounge Attendant - Part-Time (Evenings) - Friday & Saturdays only
Renaissance Westerville - The #2 Renaissance Hotel in the U.S.
We're looking for a reliable, guest-focused, and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team in a unique dual-role position: PM Host(ess) and Club Lounge Attendant. This full-time evening role offers variety, autonomy, and the rewarding opportunity to elevate guest experiences across two key areas of the hotel.

  • Friday & Saturday: Club Lounge Attendant & Host - 3:30pm-11:00pm ($16/hr)
What You'll Do
PM Host(ess) Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, friendly service to all guests entering the restaurant or dining area
  • Greet, seat, and manage guest flow to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Refresh beverages, check on tables, and support front-of-house service needs
  • Prepare and stock items such as fruit, cereal, pastries, and beverage dispensers
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment: buss tables, wipe surfaces, and manage spills
  • Take daily inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Restock food and beverage stations as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high service standards
  • Handle routine closing duties, including trash removal and returning equipment to storage
Club Lounge Attendant Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the evening snack and beverage offerings in the Club Lounge
  • Present food items in a visually appealing, fresh, and well-stocked manner
  • Clean and reset the lounge: wipe surfaces, clear the buffet area, sanitize, and deep clean
  • Replenish all snacks, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
  • Welcome and assist guests, responding to questions and requests with professionalism
  • Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Uphold all health and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe guest environment
