Moog Medical Devices Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through substantial investment in research and development and leveraging our extensive expertise, we meticulously design and develop advanced infusion systems that enhance medication safety, optimize application performance, and effectively reduce medical expenses.

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst. In this remote role, you will report to the Business Systems Manager.

You will support MMD's strategic priority of maintaining IV's market leadership in HIT in the US, penetrating new markets that require connectivity (e.g. EU and Acute Market), and growing the Enteral business in the US via the launch of Delta which will incorporate connectivity as well.

As a Cloud Operations Analyst you will....

  • Design, architect, implement, and manage Cloud infrastructure on Azure

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, propose design changes, implementing scalable and secure Cloud solutions.

  • Review and optimize Cloud solutions, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, scalability, performance and security

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers and project stakeholders.

  • Utilize automation to help enable business objectives, streamline services and drive solution reliability

  • Stay up to date with the latest Cloud technologies, frameworks and best practices.

  • Using a customer focused approach, troubleshoot and resolve Cloud-related issues in a timely manner

  • Provide input into root cause analysis initiatives and define corrective actions

  • Work with leadership and key stakeholders to plan projects, define objectives and deliverables

  • Drive project deliverables for front line business critical applications and programs

  • Investigate and resolve issues such as customer-facing errors, failed transactions, or connectivity problems.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot custom cloud-hosted applications to ensure high availability and reliability

  • Assist with answering technical and security questionnaires provided by customers regarding custom cloud-hosted applications

  • Assist customers with answering questions regarding the various custom cloud-hosted applications before customer installs application(s)

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting the various custom cloud-hosted applications (post customer install of application)

To be considered for the role, here's typically what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience, with at least three (3) years of hands-on Cloud experience

  • Proficiency in Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms

  • Proven track record in solutions design and platform architecture

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (internally and externally)

  • Demonstrated expertise with documentation

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Hybrid-Cloud and Multi-Cloud environments

  • Experience with security and architecture best practices in Cloud environments

  • Administrator or Architecture level Certification in Azure and/or AWS is a plus

  • Understanding of system interoperability, distributed systems, connectivity and integrations with Cloud Platforms

  • Must be able to speak and work with customers in a professional setting to help troubleshoot and answer questions

  • Understand basic database operations

  • Understand basic networking operations

Salary Range Transparency:
