Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Closer to provide our clients, loan officers, and real estate agents an excellent experience.

  • Obtain all required information and contacts.

  • Assist in the preparation of closing documents.

  • Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues prior to closing.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and maintain closing calendars.

  • Obtain documents/statements as necessary for closing, payoffs, HOA letters, utility bills and others as needed.

  • Send introductory emails to buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors.

  • Package and send closed files as instructed.

  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with borrowers, lenders, Realtors, and other title companies.

  • Complete the eCRV.

  • Make copies and scan documents as needed.

  • Answer all telephone calls and emails promptly.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and quality of work.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

  • Work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Ability to work on-site.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Dependable and reliable.

Additional Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Prefer prior experience as a Closing Assistant.

Systems: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SoftPro.

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
