Job description

Position Summary: The position participates in the Clinical Value Analysis, sourcing and standardization initiatives across the
system (acute and alternate sites) and all clinical specialties including: Surgery, Nursing, Critical Care, Respiratory, Radiology, Cardiology, Obstetrics, NICU, Wound Care and Behavioral Health pertaining to commodity products, medical devices, high-cost clinical / physician preference items and capital equipment. Responsible for working with Clinical Teams across to ensure that the strategic vision of the organization is supported through evidence-based evaluation of clinical supply quality, contract compliance, standardization, and supply chain cost containment. Works closely with clinical staff in the value analysis process to improve the outcome of product selection and implementation. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years' in a clinical/healthcare acute care environment. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated personal time management/project prioritization skills and proven ability to deliver product-related analytics.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. Valid Registered Nurse License Issued by the State of California. Respective certifications in Materials Management. Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical value analysis, strategic sourcing, analytics and project management or equivalent experience. Experience as an RN, PA, CAN or LPN/LVN.
Salary Range: $94,120 - $132,454 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
