Position Summary
Scope of Value Analysis program is supplies, equipment and services. Position is responsible for driving/facilitating select Value Analysis teams to drive organizational product and service selection. Example activities include: research products and/or services, obtain samples, set up structured trials, drive evaluation effort (compares patient safety, product quality, and total cost), work with vendors, drive issue resolution internally as well as with manufacturers and vendors, facilitate meetings, train team leads and team members, implementation and education, post implementation follow-up, documentation and communication. Advocates for product and service standardization and unwarranted clinical variation. Drives team to decision using a structured, objective approach.
Location: This is a Hybrid position. Will require onsite support 3 days a week. Must be Minnesota or Wisconsin resident.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or equivalent or 5 years equivalent experience in value analysis, contract management and/or supply chain project management. Clinical healthcare experience a plus. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
