Clinical Research Patient Recruiter
Remote $23-$25/hour Full-Time
Are you confident on the phone and motivated by connecting with people? IMA Clinical Research is seeking an energetic, personable Patient Recruiter to support enrollment for active clinical studies. This is a fully remote role, with one week of in-person training in Chicago, IL to start.
This is a high-volume, outbound calling role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging with people, building rapport quickly, and working toward recruitment goals. You'll spend a significant portion of your day making outbound calls, speaking with potential study participants, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling qualified candidates for research visits.
What You'll Do:
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential study participants
  • Build rapport and clearly explain study opportunities
  • Conduct initial eligibility screenings using established guidelines
  • Schedule qualified participants for research appointments
  • Follow up with potential participants and maintain engagement
  • Document outreach activity accurately and collaborate with the research team

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in patient recruiting required
  • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, persistent, and motivated by goals
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable home setup for remote work and ability to travel to Chicago for initial training
  • Interest in clinical research, healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health is a plus
