Job description

Salary: $75 / Encounter

Compensation: $75/Encounter


Position: Stallant Health is accepting applications for a Remote Ophthalmologist to consult on
eye care needs for rural patients. While in-person exams are often necessary, your expertise
will guide management of chronic conditions (e.g., glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular
degeneration), triage acute symptoms, and interpret ophthalmic testing where available.


Requirements:
BC/BE in Ophthalmology
Active California medical license
Experience consulting on chronic and urgent ocular issues
Clear communication with patients and primary care providers
Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
Competent in remote patient education and care planning
