The Analyst Internship provides the career-minded student with professional growth and skill-set application opportunities in a corporate, yet casual, environment. The Analyst Intern will perform U.S. Health Care industry research, develop intelligence reports across U.S. hospital systems, medical groups, insurance and pharmaceutical companies focusing on organizations, facilities, human capital and technology platforms. Perform research, develop summary reports on current and future trends in healthcare technology. Support sales and business development efforts through online research, identifying, prioritizing and documenting business development opportunities using internet resources, social media and networking. Enter data into CRM database. Contribute to direct sales and digital marketing strategy including collateral development.

The Analyst Intern will develop research, products and capabilities to support the growth of the Duccura Group, the Health Care IT Consulting (Staff Augmentation) arm of Alpha Search Advisory Partners. The Duccura Group provides certified, experienced Information Technology Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and Implementers to the largest and most prestigious healthcare, insurance and pharmaceutical organizations in the United States.

Although the Analyst Intern role is NOT sales, cold-calling or prospecting, candidates must possess a solid understanding of the sales process, marketing and business development, as the application of his/her products and deliverables is to enhance the Duccura Group business development and sales efforts.

The Analyst Intern must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Position may be structured as paid or unpaid with college credit. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Required background, experience and attributes include demonstrated abilities in qualitative research, a 'commercial,' client-centric perspective; microsoft office, internet research; excellent written and verbal skills; attention to detail, well developed organization skills, great energy level. Industry knowledge of  healthcare, IT and/or personnel preferred.
