Now hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN!
What You'll Do
  • Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
  • Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
  • Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
  • Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
  • Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
  • 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
  • Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
  • Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
  • Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
