Summary:
This is a leadership role that is a part of the MaineHelth Medical Group (MHMG) administration team, working closely with the senior director, medical directors, and all practice leaders. The position is responsible for providing leadership to the registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and all non-provider clinical staff within the MHMG and will oversee multiple practices; assuring safe and quality patient care; encouraging professional growth and development; promoting teamwork and collaboration; oversight of compliance of regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission and state requirement. supporting practice operations and management- efficiently in regards to patient care, clinical competence, and financial responsibility. Additionally, performs as a liaison and support collaboration between hospital departments for clinical and operational needs.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
  2. License/Certifications: Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine
  3. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in outpatient practice or ambulatory care setting; demonstrated leadership experience
  4. Working knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards and state regulations
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in an efficient way for self and others
  7. Basic computer knowledge and experience with an electronic medical record (EMR)

The pay range for this position is $104,956.80 to $141,980.80 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
