Job Description:
Orono Commons is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager for a 14+ week contract assignment. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive work environment.
