This role is fully remote, allowing you utmost flexibility and the ability to create your own optimal work environment. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and are open to flexible scheduling options between traditionally structured hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families navigating mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information from clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs, utilizing your expertise to evaluate and address issues within your scope of practice.
• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at meeting clients' social and emotional needs effectively.
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including short-term crisis resolution and community resource referrals.
• Maintain a therapeutic alliance built on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance to promote client engagement and progress.
• Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, documenting findings in accordance with established protocols.
• Manage a designated caseload, ensuring all case documentation is current, comprehensive, and reflective of the services provided.
• Provide in-depth clinical counseling to individuals facing behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and family dynamics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Your expertise will be actively contributing to the wellness journeys of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and family-related struggles. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work or a closely related field is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling individuals dealing with mental health issues, such as grief, loss, relationship challenges, and substance dependency.
• Familiarity with various assessment instruments and community resources that aid in comprehensive client care.
• Previous experience working in remote settings or telehealth modalities is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
