Looking for a day shift where you’re more than just a number? Our NICCU team is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. With leaders who are present and deeply invested in your success, this is a day shift that offers stability, impact, and community.

  • Schedule: 7am-7pm, Day Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 2:30pm-7pm)

  • Department: NICCU

  • Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

  • Experience:

  • One year preferred.

  • One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

  • Licensure/Certification:

  • Completion of NAI program, required.

  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

  • Medication Safety - AME, required.

  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

  • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
