As part of our clinical team, you will work in a remote capacity with the flexibility to conduct telemedicine sessions while also having the option for in-person consultations as needed. In this position, you will take on various responsibilities focused on family and relational dynamics:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and couples to identify their needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focusing on a range of issues, including but not limited to:
• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Family violence (physical and psychological abuse)
• Grief, loss, and bereavement
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling disputes and cut-offs
• Job stress and its impact on familial relations
• Challenges associated with blended families and remarriage
• Separation and divorce adjustment issues
• Mother-daughter dynamic challenges
• Communication barriers within family units
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to promote healing and communication among family members.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

You will primarily serve adults and adolescents within various family structures, guiding them through complex emotional and relational challenges. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate through difficult transitions, deeply rooted family issues, and communication barriers.

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of our therapists. Additional benefits include:
