Clinical Education Manager

medi USA is growing, and we need you to join the team in Charlotte!

medi is a market leader in medical devices and is looking for folks ready to operate in a professional environment to service medi’s USA’s expanding business needs.

The Clinical Education Manager leads efforts in the training and educational development of medi sales reps, customers and healthcare professionals on medi products with the goal of revenue growth. They provide support both internally and externally on medi products as well as training and education (programs) for both internal and external use.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop proficiency in Phlebology, Lymphology and Wound Care with regards to the disease states, product design and function.
  • Travel will be 70% or more.
  • Travel with reps in the field will be 60% of role.
  • Prepare a report on objectives and results on all field visits submitted to the appropriate senior managers or through medi field activity documentation platform by the end of the week spent within the territory.
  • Represent medi at conferences, shows and other events.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, etc. with medi.
  • Provide public and private educational webinars for customers, as well as offer virtual support to customers through video meeting platforms.
  • Assist in developing training and sales materials, presentations, etc. as requested.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders – healthcare professionals, customer/dealers, etc.
  • Support the Director of Sales as needed.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience

  • BA/BS or a minimum of 3 years of proven industry success in sales, marketing, or clinical experience.
  • Proven success in training and development for revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated public speaking and interaction.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Knowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferred
  • Ability to work with a variety of personality types
  • Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability to new processes and technology
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
