We are currently seeking a passionate, onsite Clinical Director (BCBA) to direct, mentor, and further develop services at a premier ABA-based facility in Stockbridge, GA.

Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Director, you will be an integral part of fulfilling a mission to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. Position Summary

The Clinical Director is involved with all aspects of clinical and operational initiatives within the Stockbridge center. In this role, you will implement Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) tools to drive center success, oversee data-driven business analytics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a fully onsite, Monday–Friday position designed to give you a stable clinical home with personalized, experienced corporate backing.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and behavior technicians.

  • Monitor all clinical and operational components of the center to guarantee high-quality, evidence-based care.

  • Maintain strict adherence to the practice and ethical standards established by the BACB and company code of conduct.

Operations & Team Development

  • Support local recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for incoming clinical talent.

  • Successfully utilize web-based clinical software and real-time business analytics to monitor center maintenance, resource management, and client outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with centralized administrative and operational support teams to streamline processes.

Community & Referral Relations

  • Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare referral sources and families.

  • Advocate for the clinic's mission and build an environment where families feel valued, respected, and heard.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification is strictly required.

  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a current Georgia state license (LBA).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic-based setting, including proven experience managing and supervising other BCBAs.

  • Leadership Drive: Strong motivation to act as both a clinical mentor and an operational/administrative leader.

  • Location: Must be able to work completely in-person at the Stockbridge, GA center during normal hours of operation.
