• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via videoconferencing, maintaining a professional and supportive environment.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented treatment modalities to establish and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Guide clients in developing insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, fostering personal growth and healing.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to help develop healthy coping strategies.

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults facing a variety of mental health needs. This demographic includes individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life transitions, among other concerns. Your expertise will help them cultivate effective coping mechanisms to enhance their overall quality of life, fostering resilience in the face of everyday challenges.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Fully licensed to practice independently with one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic approach to therapy.
• Competence in utilizing virtual communication tools, with strong computer literacy skills.
