Insightful Compassionate Healing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our organization, you will provide vital mental health services to individuals and families, helping them navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high standards of care through telehealth platforms. Our telehealth facility aligns with modern practices, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space. Our digital tools assist in managing appointments, client records, and therapeutic documentation, empowering you to focus on what truly matters—your clients' well-being.

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and diagnoses, utilizing interactive teletherapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, including referrals to additional services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Must possess a current and valid LPC license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy, with at least two years of direct clinical experience preferred.

• Experience working with telehealth systems and online therapy platforms will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and an openness to ongoing professional development in new therapeutic techniques.

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
