Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insightful Compassionate Healing Center, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Utilizing various psychosocial assessment tools to develop effective strategies for addressing clients' mental health issues.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Staying informed of best practices and continuing education to enhance your skills and improve patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of individuals and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role crucial in providing them the support and care they deserve. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders, striving to empower them on their journey towards healing.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
  • A minimum of two years of related professional experience in a therapeutic setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interaction.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in client care.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with telehealth services in a remote counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits
