Position Overview

The Insightful Compassionate Healing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services through a telehealth platform, allowing you to directly impact clients' lives from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong commitment to enhancing clients' emotional well-being.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing empirically-supported therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Develop and implement treatment goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated and holistic care.
• Stay informed on current best practices and research within the mental health field to enhance therapy efficacy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with both legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals and families who may not have had access to quality mental health care. Our diverse client base includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. As part of our team, you will play a significant role in promoting healing and providing support to those navigating challenges in their lives.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is essential.
• Background in working with specific concerns such as trauma, family therapy, or substance use disorders will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus as an incentive for new team members, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
