Exciting Night Shift Opportunity for Physician Assistants!
Are you a skilled Physician Assistant looking to grow your career in Hospital Medicine? We are seeking a motivated Hospitalist PA to join a collaborative inpatient care team in Rochester, New York. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital environment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Position Highlights

Work alongside an experienced hospitalist team in a supportive clinical environment
Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized patients
Gain valuable experience in hospital medicine and acute care management
Utilize Epic EMR, one of the leading electronic health record systems
Opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused healthcare setting

Schedule

Start Date: May 1, 2026
Shift: Night Coverage
Hours: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM
Coverage: 24-hour on-call coverage as required
Schedule Type: Standard schedule (no block scheduling)

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
Manage inpatient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and specialty teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic EMR
