Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Clinical Data Manager (P3) to be accountable for the end-to-end clinical data sciences delivery for clinical studies, including clinical database build, data acquisition, storage, retrieval, and exchange. Execute project monitoring and quality oversight of sourcing providers for data management activities. Represent the clinical data sciences function and collaborate with and manage key study stakeholders in achieving study milestones and deliverables. Provide clinical data science leadership and ownership. Ensure that the clinical data science deliverables meet scope, cost, and time objectives. Continually seek and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation to drive efficiencies, reduction of cycle times, and improvements in quality. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field and 3 years of experience with clinical data management including experience with statistical analysis and data analytics. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Data Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field and 1 year of experience with clinical data management including experience with statistical analysis and data analytics. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with developing solutions to address data-related clinical development challenges; 1 year of experience articulating the flow of data from participant to analysis and applying this knowledge to data solutions; 1 year of experience developing analytics products and solutions using machine learning and deep learning algorithms; and 1 year of experience with AWS, Azure, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SAS, R and Shiny, P-SQL, and T-SQL for DBMS. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$154,306.00 - $177,451.90 per year
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
