WeCare Centers at Rolling Meadows Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Clinical Admissions Liaison for our community in Waynesburg, PA. Our Clinical Admissions Liaison is someone with drive and personality to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources.
  • Provide support for the referral sources/potential admissions by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary resource for facility promotions.
  • Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed.
  • Coordinator the entire process of referral to admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations.
  • Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-term census goals.
  • Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Long term care experience is preferred.
  • MUST be LPN or RN
  • Sales, marketing, or admission background preferred
  • Knowledge base of local healthcare markets.
  • Experience working with healthcare insurance companies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups and agencies.
