Job description

Climb is headquartered in Nashville, TN with 4 total locations: Nashville, TN (2), Murfreesboro, TN (1) and Bentonville, AR (1). This position is part time and weekend availability is a plus. 

Curate Culture

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Climb’s Mission and how it applies to the customer's journey
  • Dedication to customer service, organization, and risk management daily in an effort to enact Climb’s Vision 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Use the AMGA belay technique at all times
  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Display professionalism and a positive attitude

Details Matter

  • Arrive on time, physically and mentally ready to coach practice
  • Implementation of growth mindset in line with Climb Youth Team Philosophy
  • Monitor and execute Climb's risk management procedures
  • Mitigate and manage emergency situations calmly and professionally according to our incident reporting process
  • Be able to coach at least 5 youth climbers simultaneously
  • Monitor and manage the use of Climb equipment
  • Be self-motivated: Identify coachable moments and act upon them
  • Execute lesson plans created and shared by Head Coach
  • Availability to potentially attend one competition each season
  • Part time 4-10 hours weekly 
  • Must work at least 2 shifts in weekly schedule
