The Role

As a Brand Engagement Associate, you'll represent a portfolio of exciting brands at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns throughout the Birmingham area. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building, brand representation, and sales, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while developing valuable business skills.


What You'll Do

  • Represent client brands professionally at events, activations, and in-person campaigns.
  • Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations.
  • Educate customers about products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships that create positive brand experiences.
