The Team You’ll Join  

The Service - Advisor team at Envestnet plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client support to financial advisors across our platform. This team serves as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, providing consultative guidance and day‑to‑day support through inbound advisor interactions.
The Service - Advisor team help clients navigate the Envestnet platform, troubleshoot operational and technical questions, and provide training to ensure advisors can effectively leverage our tools in their practices. With a strong focus on client advocacy, collaboration, and service excellence, the team works closely with internal partners to resolve inquiries efficiently, manage expectations, and ensure a consistently positive advisor experience—helping advisors better serve their end clients and drive long‑term success.

How You’ll Contribute   

We are looking for Client Service Associate – Advisor to deliver consultation and support to financial advisors through inbound calls. They will act as a Subject Matter Expert both internally and externally on platform functionality. This position is essential to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through a strong sense of client advocacy when resolving issues and differentiated by a consultative approach.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert both internally and externally on platform functionality
  • Provide support and training to clients on how to effectively use Envestnet in their practices via inbound phone calls
  • Demonstrate outstanding advisor support through proven service techniques
  • Ensure accuracy of internal knowledge sharing application (One Note)
  • Provide support and training to clients, specializing in helping advisors with website navigation of the Envestnet platform, and Operational Support for our RIA clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client questions and requests in an accurate and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. Assist in setting and managing client expectations for completion of work.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

What You’ll Need to Bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field of study
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable operating in tight deadlines with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to quickly grasp complicated situations and determine the best course of action
  • Commitment to maintain professional demeanor and courtesy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Nice-to-Haves  

  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services area in a client facing role
