Compensation:

$50,000 at plan commission based on performance


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility

  • Utilize social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence

  • Participate in networking events to foster relationships and expand a client base

  • Collaborate with team members to refine marketing and recruiting strategies

  • Conduct community outreach initiatives to promote our services and brand

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent for our team


Qualifications:
  • Competitive

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Comfortable using social media, networking, and relationship-building to connect with others

  • Must be coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

  • Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License

  • No prior experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must be authorized to work and currently reside in the United States

  • DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities available for qualified applicants nationwide
