About the Opportunity  

The Director of Sales | Client Services is responsible for sourcing, advancing, and closing new workplace design-build opportunities for Clearspace. This person is a market-facing revenue driver who builds, manages and maintains relationships with brokers, landlords, owners, property managers, and occupier clients to converts those relationships into qualified pipeline and signed work. 

This role is best suited to a proven hunter well connected within the GTA CRE industry. An individual with strong commercial instincts, deep market credibility, and the ability to independently create momentum in the market. The Director works closely with leadership and internal planning, estimating, design, and delivery teams to shape solutions, win work, and ensure strong project starts. This role is heavily commission based and you will report to the VP of sales. 

About the Deliverables  

  • As a Director of Sales | Client Services, you are sourcing and closing new design-build opportunities across the GTA office market.

  • Generate qualified pipeline through outreach, referrals, meetings, tours, presentations, and market presence. 

  • Educate the market on Clearspace through meetings, lunches, pitches and presentations 

  • You will work build and deepen relationships with leadership teams (startup through to enterprise), brokers, landlords, ownership groups and property managers. 

  • You will generate qualified pipeline through outreach, referrals, meetings, tours, presentations, and market presence. 

  • You’ll have the technical support and expertise of our planning, estimating and design teams to help you move opportunities forward. 

  • You’ll be active in the market touring office space for potential projects, meeting with and advising clients, brokers owners and property managers. 

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM discipline. 

  • This role is heavily commission based against a target and you will report to the VP of sales. 

About You 

  • You are a hunter with a proven track record (5+ years) in relationship-driven revenue generation: Brokerage, LL or PM leasing, workplace advisory, commercial furniture or related real estate field. 

  • You are adept at and enjoy business development and prospecting 

  • You have outstanding client service skills and account management experience 

  • You have an in depth understanding of the GTA office market and office lease transactions. 

  • You have a strong network in the commercial office industry (brokers, landlords, owners, property managers, real estate teams).
