Are you a people person who loves solving problems, helping others, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment? Weโ€™re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our growing team and be the friendly, helpful voice of our company.

This is a great role for someone whoโ€™s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys variety in their day. No two days are exactly the sameโ€”and youโ€™ll be at the heart of keeping our clients happy and operations running smoothly.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls (50โ€“200/day), providing clear, friendly help with account and order related inquiries, and booking appointments.
  • Respond to emails and in-person inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Keep calendars and conference room schedules up to date.
  • Process and send documents, mailings, and office supply orders.
  • Help with packaging and shipping itemsโ€”and checking that deliveries arrive on time.
  • Support the office team with various admin tasks (filing, organizing, logging requests, formatting documents).
  • Help customers understand our services, products, and promotions.
  • Track and follow up on customer questions, concerns, or complaints.
  • Represent the company at trade shows when needed.
  • Essential functions will be performed in the Corporate Headquarters secondary building but will also extend into all public areas of the building including but not limited to the copy room, various conference rooms, break room, library, studio, shipping room and supply rooms. In addition to the secondary corporate headquarters building, some job duties will be performed in a primary building within the same property.

Required Skills/Proficiencies:

  • Strong communicator and active listener
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • 1โ€“2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Associateโ€™s degree a plusโ€”but not required
  • Previous sales experience helpful but not necessary
