Your team
You'll be working in the Private Wealth Management desk in Los Angeles. Our team delivers tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients, partnering closely with financial advisors to provide a high level of service and a seamless client experience. As a Registered Client Associate, you'll play an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all administrative and operational processes run efficiently.
Your expertise
Series 7 and 66 licenses required (Registered Client Associate)
Candidates who are not currently fully licensed are expected to obtain required FINRA registrations within 180 days of hire, in line with UBS policies and regulatory requirements
Ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service within financial services
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high attention to accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory standards
Team player with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering the UBS client experience

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
